1. Before redeeming a code, log in to your account and make sure you have created a character in the game and have linked your HoYoverse Account in the User Center. Otherwise, you will be unable to redeem the code.

2. If your character does not show up, please try again in a few minutes.

3. Successfully redeemed rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.

4. Please be aware of redemption rules and expiration. Expired redemption codes cannot be used.

5. A redemption code can only be used once. The same character cannot use two of the same type of redemption codes.

6. Redemption codes cannot be reverted after they have been redeemed. Please make sure that you are logged into the account which you wish to receive rewards.
